Rachel Meredith, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children and young adults manage a variety of mental health challenges. With over ten years of experience as an outpatient therapist, long-term residential therapist, and school social worker, Rachel specializes in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance disorder, and general emotional well-being.
Rachel utilizes evidence-based treatment models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to provide high-quality care. She adopts a systemic approach that considers the holistic needs of her clients, fostering effective coping strategies and enhancing overall mental health.
Rachel earned her Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, loving on her dogs, “Jeepin” around the Coast, and upcycling furniture.
